Shipping policy

At World Sports Cape Town, we do not offer physical shipping of any products or tickets.

All ticket purchases are processed electronically and delivered via email to the address provided at checkout. You will receive your digital ticket confirmation once your purchase has been successfully completed.

If merchandise is purchased at the event or through an official online store, collection will be arranged on-site at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) during the event dates. No merchandise will be shipped before, during, or after the event.

Please ensure your email address is correct at the time of purchase to guarantee receipt of all digital communications.
